1. Reserve Deposit of $500.00 is required within 3 days of reservation. Confirmation of reservation will be sent in invoice form in our packet along with a letter of information and short set of rules. The invoice must be signed and returned to us as indication of our rental contract. 2. A Security Deposit of $300.00 is due along with your reserve deposit described above and your invoice balance is due in our office 5 weeks prior to arrival or immediately if your reservation is made less than 5 weeks out. 3. Damage to the property, or excessive cleaning costs will result in the loss of your security deposit Cash, personal check, certified or cashier's check, or money order. PLEASE CALL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ! ! 1. Reservation deposit is refunded with written notice 45 days in advance less $50.00 administrative fee. Less than 45 days notice results in loss of your deposit unless we can fill the vacancy. If so, deposit is refunded as above. 1. Pets will be considered. 2. A $100.00 non-refundable pet fee will be added to your bill. 3. Damage to the property by your pet will result in the loss of your security deposit. 4. Your pet must be pre-treated for fleas prior to a visit to our home or your security deposit will be forfeited. 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture unless you provide a sheet for protection. 6. Pet Owners are required to remove pet deposits from our yard on a timely basis and just prior to departure. 1. Normal check in is 3:00pm and check out is 12:00 noon. |
