We are offering our upper apartment for your vacation accommodation for 2006. Our upper apartment boasts unobstructed ocean views to the east and has a newly remodeled interior with luxurious and eclectic appointments.Our apartment is a perfect choice for a long weekend,week, or month by the sea.

Our beach home is a duplex built in 1938 that exudes the charm and character of "Old Folly Beach" . Our apartment is available for vacation, short term, relocation ,corporate housing and winter rentals.We are located on the second row at the end of E. Arctic Ave., the front beach road. There is one house in front of us but no road. Our upstairs apartment is 1000 sq. ft. and was remodeled in 1998 and again in 2005 to include vaulted ceilings, a cutaway kitchen facing the ocean, a walk-in cedar closet, and a very special and quaint bathroom equipped with a beautiful clawfoot tub: great for sharing, and also a bidet ! ! Walls were moved or eliminated during the remodeling to provide a great room design with ocean views from every room. In 2005, we installed new windows,a hot and cold outside enclosed shower, and an outdoor 6 person spa. The overall feeling of our home is very open and airy. You can see and hear the ocean from every room. The primary dune is 75 ft. away with direct beach access across the cul-de-sac. Outside in the yard is a bonfire pit, grill area, and 2 decks: one 20' up to view our dolphins. The yard is fenced and pets are allowed upon approval.We have multiple blooming gardens, an herb garden, and lemon and fig trees. The apartment in our home is suitable for 1-2 couples or a small family. We have 3 queens and 1 single.We offer satellite TV, DVD,and VCR. There is no phone.Guests are encouraged to bring their cell phones and but are allowed to use phone and DSL internet lines in the lower apartment. Come visit us for a perfect honeymoon, anniversary, romantic getaway, or vacation.
